Small weight loss this week. Mostly seems to be due to having to combat hypo episodes with glucose. Experimented with dual wave boluses and found them to work pretty well (much better than normal boluses). But I did have problems with low blood sugars in the afternoons that I couldn't atribute to basal rates.
I was (for the past 2 weeks)dual bolusing with net carbs for the normal part of the bolus and 50% of protein grams for the square wave part spread over 2-4 hours depending on the amount of insulin. Yesterday evening I swithched to a dual wave using net carbs for the normal part and 50% of fiber for the square wave. We'll see how that works. It worked well for last night. I can raise the percentage of fiber counted in an Excel program I modified for the purpose.
