I doubt the weight loss is accurate. I ate very little today and walk a lot so I think I am just dehydrated. I wont be upset if the number goes up or remains the same next week. Still, its nice to see a loss.
109.6 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
