Hah! Added back in MCT oil, Coconut oil, and daily ACV as well as upping my protein a bit, and I'm at a 2+ weight this week. I don't know WHY it works, but it DOES, so here's to one more tiny step toward my goal.:)

Gretchen, MCT oil is made up of medium chain triglycerides which are good fatty acids,from coconut preferably, that your body does not store as fat in the liver, but the liver uses it for energy! for energy and allows you to burn your own fat!
