Day 3 of my Summer Shred challenge--it's carb cycling combined with specific Advocare products and exercise plus plenty of water. I'm feeling great!!

94.7 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg. Still to go: 28.9 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week

My husband uses the Advocare and it seems to work for him. It's great that you are feeling great, and losing too!! :)
