High carb dinner last night. 1 small piece of pizza, 1 piece of calzone ring, 2 small pieces of cheesey bread and I tried their cinnamon sticks. Not worth the extra calories! Would’ve been better spent eating another calzone piece. All in all I ate 1/2-1/3 what I used to eat when we went there last winter.
62.0 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

that is progress. half to 1/3 is definitely progress. this app makes us aware of just how much we eat so I stopped eating 4 or 5 slices of pizza and stick to 2 now. it's still not great for me but it's definitely better

Baskington. I’m at the point that if I can’t have 2-4 pieces then I’ll stay home and eat something else. If I have the calories for 2-4 pieces I go eat it :). This time we got dessert and I wanted to try some. That’s the last time as I enjoyed the pizza more and could’ve had another slice for the calories in that 1”x3” piece of dessert;) And I always enjoy pizza! It’s one reason I could never stick with Keto.

Asmerella progress is progress :). For me I had to avoid Pizza for awhile. Now I bringbhome leftovers and I can eat less at first because I know I can have a piece here and there over the next week. Until my kids get ahold of it that is ;). I also find that it helps me to cut each slice in half. That way I can have 4 slices just smaller lol. If we have several kinds then I can have a bit of each. My next goal is to ditch the ranch dippin sauce. I love it and get it about once a month. However I think those 150-300 calories could be spent eating half a piece of pizza or a small candy bar later. Or even a lemonade instead of water or tea. :)

oh I love pizza too but my husband and I don't like the crust, we tend to skim off all the toppings and ignore the dough. Heck my husband has been making no crust pizza for years here, way before I started keto. the only crust we both enjoyed and it has been a while is that uno's deep dish pizza, that has an awesome butter taste. but there are none around here any more

@Baskington Pizza Uno has a frozen pizza that they have available in the freezer section in some areas. Not good news for people dieting here but it tastes damn close to the restaurant ones.

ah, trying to tempt me are you!!!!! we almost ordered a pizza Friday, I debated if I wanted to play with eating all that cheese and pepperoni before I got my labs back on my allergies. In the old days I had to limit all cheese and eggs.
