I just want to thank everyone who posts healthy foods on this site, you inspire and help me I have been dreaming of chocolate and icecream... I know some people can eat the skinny cow or cheat gluten free dishes. but they really trigger my brain and jumpstart cravings!!! so kudos to all the veggie lean meat dishes and yummy photos of them!
97.1 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
