Just curious. What is waist vs. natural waist?

Waist is the in above the belly button, the natural waist is where it curves into the smallest point on the torso under the ribcage 
SG? What is your ideal dimensions. mine for myself is 44" chest, 16" bicep, 35 waist natural waist. wrist is 7.25 and neck is 15. I just need to lose 3" around my stubborn belly and I'm there. I've lost 2" from chest and 3" from my natural waist already. I am 6' and 200.2 lbs. 2100 calorie diet.
