It is so hard for me to do a "normal" diet. A little bit of this, not too much of that, less than 10g of that...how long an overweight person like me can handle this type of food relationship?!
I tried all diets out there, believing I was addicted to food. I realized I am not. It's just all this dieting, prohibiting myself to enjoy what I want that makes me feels frustrated with all this forbidden food!
Fasting is way easier....just passing the first couple of days and the rest comes so easily...

This is why I fast. Even when I hit my goal weight I plan to continue to fast a few days a week.

I'm into it. Fasting on Monday's for now, may up it to Friday's, too. Friday's psych me out.
