I want to give up. My weight just keeps on dropping. I'm trying to eat more, but it's such a mental struggle. I can't eat. I view food as an enemy.

Breakfast was tough for me. Over 550 calories. 1/2 cup of congee, 1 cup of 3.25% milk, 1 Chinese crepe, and a multivitamin gummy. It was so challenging for me to force it all down.

But I have to keep on reminding myself. I can't give up. My family isn't giving up on me, so I can't give up on myself.

Hopefully I'll start gaining weight soon.
40.3 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
