Well down another pound! Actually I am down 6 pds because on Wednesday last I had gone up to 245 for some unknown reason. My body is idiotic in that way! Anyway I was in joy to see that I've climbed down to the 230's this morning. I tell you I haven't learned this much patience since I took up gardening years ago, and learned that plants grow how they will and I'm not in charge! Just weed and water and the results will take care of themselves. So I'm weeding and watering my body and here's to good results!
