1.6 lbs down this week. I have had a harder week. I am surprised that I have lost weight this week because, although I did not eat any carbs besides my normal fresh fruit and fresh salads, I have eaten a little more than my new normal. by next week I would like to be under 240lbs. 💕
109.0 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
