Had a good day yesterday - had some ice cream last night but rode it off on the recumbent bike -

I had grilled walleye, salad and green beans - diet coke -

Today , I had 3 bones of homemade ribs pork (mine ) st louis style, diet soda , having 2 sliced tomatoes salt and pepper -

Before races, I 'm doing 2 bowls of cabbage soup, the pork fritter monster sandwich might be on the menu , oh no , but we will cross that bridge when I get there - diet coke or pepsi -

I am drinking ice water also but in the past, those frozen pops , the foot long plastic wrapped kind, I had those always in reach and was very successful - Keeping hydrated has been very good for me -

Don't get down, get up - YOU ARE DOING IT - Take 5 pounds at at time , especially if you have a long ways to go - Don't worry about the length of the journey, learn, live , experience life and just change a few things - You got to walk before you run, so to speak -

I'm on my 3rd day of 7 challenge for myself - I'll end up where I end up and no harm or foul - Ice cream or beer might get in the way here or there but that's life and on my own shoulders - 195 would be nice so we'll see -
