Creeping my way down. Hubby said I should weigh myself once a week but I like daily weigh-ins. If I start to go astry I can catch it more readily if I'm seeing my weight every day, even if something I've eaten doesn't "catch up to me" for a couple of days.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I like to keep tabs daily too. I've learned my basic patterns and so I'm not too upset by a slight uptick on occasion. I officially weigh in on Mondays. Everything else is just monitoring.
