I am starting to really like this. Another 3 pounds gone forever. I thought I was maybe not eating enough and was going to add a few more calories but am not going to change much until I plateau again. Last time I hit a plateau, I added some food and the loss started again. Tonight is movie night and I am rewarding myself with a large tub of double buttered popcorn with no guilt or concern. Life is for living and enjoying so a little "who cares" eating is ok. Have a great week.
166.5 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 75.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
