After I left yesterday , I had 10 pizza hut wings, thanks mom, taco bell steak nachos , oh no mister bill, green beans (doing better again) and nothing sweet -

Today - Arbys gyros pickle sandwich with roast beef , salad, ranch dressing,diet soda, nothing bad but eating tonight again I think grilled walleye , salad with ranch visiting my favorite restarant and winding down place -

I got some piece of mind lately, weight will come off after a few good days with no bad carbs - I'm getting whipped cream today for the sweet moments and some almonds to crunch on -

Tomorrow cabbage soup for sure, running around town in the 100 degree heat, what's new in missouri, lucas oil dirt late models here tomorrow sweeeeeetttttttt as my buddy would say , the dern 3 pound pork fritter at the track sandwich staring me in the face is like king kong but gonna take him down !!!!!!!! - Remember, it's the 13th on Friday -
Black cats a nono, no walking under ladders, no broken mirrors, - I am putting myself in bubble wrap all the way around my body - lol -

This report is over until something falls off tomorrow (bad thing) possibly but that would be weight loss (good thing) -

Always remember, try not to get emotional, we are all trying to change the package and not the insides. Anything you do positive today, will bring a positive outcome tomorrow and down the road - be patient - Block out today if bad and yesterday and always start fresh - Tomorrow is another day -
