I don’t know about fasting but when I don’t eat I tend to get the shakes and weak. Sometimes dizzy and vision gets black spots. Over the last 18 years I’ve figured out that if I can’t eat for whatever reason (in my case usually surgery or fasting labs) if I drink tea/coffee it helps. Sometimes I’m not even allowed that. I also keep busy. Light cleaning or hobbies that keep me occupied but not to physically strenuous and avoid the heat. The harder I work the faster the weakness and vision issues comes on. My blood sugar was fine when I tested it years ago but I don’t have a way of testing immediately when these things happen now but I do know I’m not diabetic (labs every 3 months and stay 90-95 glucose level fasting or not).

if you get dizzy then maybe you should not attempt it. maybe just dropping your carbs in half would help. load up on more veggies in your meals. no sugar and no refined grains. all those things can help you to fill up on quality foods and lower your calories more naturally.
