Ok I was looking forward to hitting the 150 mark this morning specially since we did no restaurants this weekend like we did the last 2 weekends. DANG! I even ramped up my exercise too. Grrrrrrrrrr..... This week gonna kick some fat cell ass!!!!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
