I ate under 1,000 calories yesterday which is bad for me. I need to work harder at finding food that is low carb and accessible. So today I'm going to the grocery store to get ingredients to make the food I need without being stuck eating too little.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
