No excuses...😣 Not monitoring my stomach and weigh led to this situation. I should confess during this time i had less exercise in comparison with pervious months. Let's, see what can i do.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
