I have been slacking on my workouts but eating healthier.
133.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 42.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

try sit and fit exercise it works for those days you really don't have energy to do much.
