ok! finally reached my goal weight for now. I intend to lower it to 118 lbs, then it's total maintenance!

56.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg. Still to go: 2.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.9 kg a Week
