my spirits are starting to lift up, eventhough I can't work out because of my toe I can still continue to eat healthy and treat my body with respect and love. Shedding all the water and toxins I can til I can get back to the grind! Not to mention the 18:6 fasts I been doing are really working 😁
97.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week

Exercising is good/great but not essential for weight loss. As long as u keep being mindful of what u eat u will succeed
