Oh was I bad, ate a croissant at dinner yesterday then apple crumble. So what right? Well I know we can all have what the diet or food plan requires but me not so much with the carbs(gluten mainly so mainly anything with flour) BUT it was yummy. Mind you I wasn't feeling the greatest afterwards but for that tiny moment, too me was worth it.

Woohoo to the 220 as I did have a weight loss goal at the gym for 200. The gym isn't happening though as I was discouraged almost a year ago with it and the weight gain and inches plus the trainer just wasn't for me. Yes okay she did encourage me but when the dietian and her would "talk" and started with eat pasta and fish and veggies and not really listen to me, I gave up on them. Perhaps I'll go back but not right now.

I can't wait for the spring thaw to happen as I get to play baseball again, yeahoo...love baseball and love to play it so there will be some extra exercise.
