Walked twice as far today than I did yesterday. A mile. Braved biting flies, black bear sightings, and oppressive heat and humidity. Wore my hat, sunscreen, bug spray. Going to add a half mile every other day. Goals!
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
