I did not lose an ounce this weekI did not go off my healthy eating plan at all this week, and since I am focusing on the long journey, I am still pleased and encouraged 💕 💕
110.6 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great attitude. I lost pretty well for some weeks, and then it stopped. Got frustrated, and bought a body composition scale. The scale tells me that what I was doing works great for loosing Fat%, even thought the total weight does not move as expected.

Diddle, I was not aware that a scale like this could be purchased. I need to purchase a body composition scale. 💕
