Had a lot of fun Fathers Day with my kids and grand kids. Time to hop back on the bus and lose what I gained. I been doing construction work outside in the Fl heat for 2 weeks and that changes this week to very little outdoor work to nice inactive desk work in the AC.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
