Hubby insisted on lunch out to celebrate my oldest finishing camp at the local votech. He wanted McDonalds but I convinced him that Pizza was better because at least I could have a salad first. I had 7 pieces! Although they were tiny, the smallest being only 1 1/4” wide at the crust and I chose thin crust. Buffets cut them so small that I had to do some figuring so my macros are probably off some but the calories are within 5cal without being able to weigh. I just used the calculator and divided the total Pizza calories by how many pieces they cut it into. Good thing I’m anal about writing all that down in my notes if I can’t add it in right then.

*SIGH* I ate my whole daily allotment at lunch. Guess today will be a refeed day instead of tomorrow. I’ll just have to have a lighter dinner tonight and eat light tomorrow to make up for today and Sunday.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
