Friday Day 12
Back really sore today & very fatigued. Stayed in bed all day & slept most of the time till 8pm.
Had juice this morning. Throughout the day, I had 2 bananas.
9pm. 1 sl wwheat toast with 2tsp becel & 1 cherry tomato. 1 plum
Still retaining fluid & finding it hard to urinate & am a bit constipated. Funnily enough, chocolate always kept me moving!!
