wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwahhaahaahah - down four pounds in a day? Geezzz...you men just drop like rocks. I have barely lost four pounds in the month of July! My overall loss has slowed but I lost inches and gained strength and muscle.
