Looks good, and lots of protein! What is the black thing on the right-hand side of the salad (as you look at it)? It looks like a lobster to me. Also, what are vegetable sticks? Like carrot and celery sticks?

@jengetfit, it's seaweed actually. And yes, vegetable sticks contain carrot sticks, radish sticks, cucumber sticks, and lettuce.
