Ugh! Still stalled! Yesterday I ate Keto, but nibbled all day, so no IF. I'm getting discouraged.
Good news, my New, Saved For, and Wanted! Vitamix arrived, and I just unboxed it. I'm going to try a veggie smoothie to get things started. I was doing them a lot when I first began Keto, but I sort of got off them, mostly because my small blender did not sufficiently grind down the kale and veggies, so it was a lumpy mess. That should not be a problem with the (very pricey, thus a long saving time) Vitamix.

Also, I started a program of physical therapy that I will be doing twice a week for 6 weeks to get me up to walking again. Not that I can't walk, but I use a walker and my stamina is zilch. I did my exercises on Friday and yesterday, still to do them today. Tomorrow my appointment is 7:15 AM! Hopefully I will get later appointments from now on. On my first visit (at 1:15 pm) I got a little dizzy and the therapist took my BP (normal 116/60) and said I MUST eat before my exercise. At first I was resistant, as I've been doing IF from 9 pm to lunch the next day (about 2pm)but then I thought, I don't think it will kill my program to have a smoothie 2x a week, so I'll try it. And really, as a nurse, I agreed with her, I needed some food for the extra exertion.

SO! It is the start of a new week and a new try. Hopefully with the smoothies and some more movement I will shift off this plateau I've had for about a month!

Wow, a real Non Scale Victory! (NSV) I put on a new outfit I had ordered this morning, two sizes smaller on the top and one size smaller on the bottom.:) Having a smoothie then off to physical therapy for some more tortur...uh exercise!
