WOW! I am so excited. Finally, I found what works for me! I thought I had it all figured out. I don't eat sugar, haven't bought sugar in years...I was keeping in my calorie range But I was oblivious to how much carbs play in it all! Since watching my carbs very closely, I'm watching my waistline appear again!
