Bounced back up a little bit. Even though I exercised more this weekend I indulged more, too.

Today is a new day. Back on track.

Happiness is having eaten 145 calories at breakfast and 306 at lunch yet feeling slightly uncomfortably full because I made good food choices ;)
75.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
