Yesterday I had juice with my meds. I treadmilled for 1/2 hr early in the morning & later in the morning I walked outside for 1/2 hr.
Lunch was wwheat bagel toasted with becel & a lge banana
Supper was 3 pork medallions from 3 pork tenderloins I did on the bbq with different marinades, so I had a slice from each. A large tossed salad with boiled egg & (fake)lobster & a tbsp homemade dressing. & some grilled medley of different coloured peppers & onion slices.
Snack in the evening was a banana/bran muffin with becel & 1/2c sliced strawberries. Then I treadmilled for 45mins.
Today is Day 9. (Tuesday)
Orange juice this morning. Made more banana/bran muffins. They didn't turn out as good as they usually do. I had one with no becel.

Afternoon snack was 2 sm mandarin oranges (in the car)
Supper was fettucine with chopped slices of pork & peppers from last night & some pkge alfredo sauce made with milk & butter.
Snack was 10 red seedless grapes
