This is my fourth day total fasting water only...I feel great without any hunger or any thing...will keep going and see where this takes me.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 6.4 kg a Week

Take care, I am doing almost the same, but adding at least 8 ounces of protein and unlimited vegetables. Careful with fruit, stick to apples, berries and oranges. Lots of water, green tea,that seems to work for me.
