I'm about the salt, not the weight so much. I've found myself eating a little sugar and salt (in foods already), drinking less water during a hard day of work and a tad more caffeine--none good for blood pressure but even that checks out great.
I'm glad to have lost another pound. My energy and stamina are incredible until I get home. Sleep isn't as kind as it had been. The difference between then and now? I'm working a challenging job. I do like it, too.
