For yesterday
Had water with meds. Was in bed all day with back pain & didn't get up until 6pm.
Had a wwheat hamburger bun with becel, bbq'd 4ozs hamburger,1 tsp relish.
Later had a h/made banana/bran muffin with 2tsp becel & 1/2c sliced strawberries.
Drank ice water & chewed gum while watching TV. Went to bed around 12.30am
