Cucamonga Peak yesterday. This one was hard. Total distance - just over 12 miles. Total elevation gain - 4,300 feet. Round trip was 7 1/2 hours.

87.5 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
