Good Memorial Day & Started with the “Murph.” 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 Air Squats & finished with another mile run. Burned nearly 900 Cals!!
80.6 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
