2nd attempt at a 48 hour fast . almost 20 hours in, and no hunger pains. planning a 3mile run around the 24 hour mark. really need to work on self control.
57.0 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
