I can happily report I am down 4.8 lbs this week. When I began this journey 10 weeks ago today I was wearing a tight 22 and my belt only bucked to the first hole. In 10 weeks I have lost 35.8 lbs. I am down to a size 16 and I can fasten my belt to the 5th hole💕
113.0 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 38.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
