Damaris— I was wondering what you were up to. I haven’t seen you up and running lately. I hope everything is ok. You are sort of stuck— weight wise. I hope you can get going again. Sure do wish you well. 

I decided to go into Jenny Craig. I feel really good about my decision. I loove carbs, I know everybody, so instead of denying them, I am embracing them. I will report at least every Tuesday and journal. I am Frank, so you will enjoy, take care, happy week
