Monterey here I come! Hit the big 25 and now I am going on a mini vacation with girl friends to enjoy a fun-filled relaxing few days on the coast in a beach house overlooking the ocean. This is the time of year when I am rejuvenating & recharging my batteries. We have been doing this since 2003 and it is a wonderful tradition. For 4 glorious days we take a break and are no body's Employee, Wife, Mommy and can just do whatever. My friend makes these lovely spa baskets with homemade items such as lotions, lip balm etc. and it is like Christmas Morning going through all the goodies. Usually we do a lot of artwork, talking, walking, taking pictures and of course eating and drinking. Mermaid life is good! TOWANDA!!!!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hope you're having / had a fabulous time (I know you are/did). Did you do your little ceremony you talked about? 25 - wow - you're doing so great! I need to catch up!! :)
