6 more lbs to reach my July goal!!! I hope I can do it. I will be happy with 4. I've already won though, because I'm in the 230s. =)

108.0 kg Lost so far: 62.1 kg. Still to go: 24.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
