Not bad. Totally gave up eating healthy this weekend. Not a lot of choice as I went back home for my great great aunts funeral. Family chose a burger place so went with a chicken fried steak as I love them and rarely get them anymore. Then the community put on a lunch and it was full of fried chicken, bread, potatoes and pasta. BUT I managed to stay around about 3000 cal for the two days(I was able to eat a couple meals at home). Now I don’t want to go back to the diet and restricting myself so much.

I realized if I had cut out my 280 cal in pop daily plus cut out one sugary snack I would’ve been below my maintenance calories and never had to restrict myself so much. Discouraged that I cut out 800-1000 a day and I’m not losing much. This past week I decided to make it about 9000 cal a week. At 10,000 at the beginning I lost 2-2.4 lb a week. At 8000-9000 I’m lucky to lose 0.2-1.4 a week. So tired of being hungry a lot, feeling so restricted isn’t helping my depression any and the family got into my low calorie snacks and ate all but about 10(I had at least 40-50 set back). Hard to stick with it when hubby tells me to cut back on grocery costs and the kids eat al the veggies and my snacks leaving me with meat and carbs. Then hubby offered to cook 4 times a week and is making hotdogs and frozen pizza :/. I’m thinking I should figure out my true maintenance calories for 142 and stick with that for a couple weeks until we get more active this summer. Most of my clothes fit now but I’m afraid if I don’t keep at it then I’ll never see 110-120 on the scale and it’s important to me to finally get back to my normal weight.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
