Not what I was hoping for, but not unexpected. We had out-of-town guests last weekend which hijacked the eating habits. Working on getting back on track this week, which has been a bit difficult. Its been crazy busy, and finding time to fit in a proper workout has been a challenge. Been opting for shorter than average jaunts to get some sort of activity in.
