Feeling pumped today because I am down 3 pounds!! Cutting out cookies, and crackers and wine and walking everywhere has really helped. I already feel better. It’s hard to start but I just need to keep putting one foot in front of the other and remember to drink lots of water!!
94.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
