Not that I've been eating sensibly, but I've been taking Tylenol 3 for the last few days & they make me retain fluid.
Did do some walking this week. Not a whole lot, but more exercise than I've done in quite awhile.
Started stretching exercises with a group, two mornings a week. It's hard to get up early when I don't go to sleep until 4am or later.
