Weight hasn’t changed much the second week. Fighting bronchitis and on heavy duty asthma, allergy and cough meds. I am hoping once I feel better and off the meds my weight will start to go down again and I can be more active once this exhaustion from this ridiculous coughing that never abates is gone.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
