These super long hours at work are killin me! No energy or time for cardio and no will to eat “right” I’m staying within a decent low cal range but my choices of food are not great :( Not enough protein and too many carbs
88.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I should get a crockpot again! Haven’t had one in years. Loved it! I ate so horrible today though, I think I’ve made myself sick enough to stay away from garbage for at least a few days
